On August 10, 2025, Vesta, a manufacturer of charcoal equipment for HoReCa in Mari El, held a captivating masterclass on the picturesque shores of Lake Khovsgol, Mongolia, where the charm of nature harmoniously blended with culinary art. Participants were able to see how charcoal equipment for restaurants takes on new meaning when used with traditional products.

Under the skillful guidance of Chef Natalia Leukhina, we immersed ourselves in the atmosphere of a culinary experiment. Each participant learned how to operate the Steam Smoker 400, exploring unique cooking techniques that enhance the natural flavors of fresh ingredients. Elements of traditional cuisine were given a new twist: for example, we made a dessert with smoked sour cream, steamed lamb, simmered soup in the oven, and much more.

At the end of the masterclass, we invited everyone to a shared table where we enjoyed the results of our work, discussing not only what we had prepared but also creating new culinary ideas and debating the potential and capabilities of our equipment. This was more than just a culinary masterclass, but a true celebration of taste and creativity, inspired by nature.
