Change in heat is achieved by changing the height of the frying grate. It is allowed to use two types of frying grates: V-shaped (inclined), horizontal (rods). The frying grate can change the height above the coal during cooking. The grate drive is manual, using a steering wheel.
The brazier should be lined with fireclay bricks of the ShB-5 brand in the amount of 46 pcs. Chamotte bricks are not included.
