We present to your attention equipment for cooking grilled chicken on charcoal. It is a metal cabinet with a product preparation chamber, a compartment for coal and skewers. On the front there is a fire-resistant glass door for monitoring the cooking process.
Chicken Grill Vesta has a maximum capacity of 12-18 chicken, a grilling area of 550 mm x 6 spit rods and a firing up time of 35 minutes. The grilling temperature is between 200 ºC and 280 ºC, with a daily charcoal consumption 10 kg average.
