Chicken Grill Vesta

The grill is equipped with GN 1/1 pull-out trays to collect fat, as well as a temperature-controlled drawer to keep the product hot and finish cooking. The top guillotine door maintains the temperature of the roast and allows you to cook in front of guests, making the grilling process visible. A rotating planetary drum with 6 skewers ensures complete roasting of the pieces. The rotation of each skewer around its axis allows each piece of product to fry in its own juice, preventing them from drying out and retaining aroma and juiciness. The grill is equipped with two thermometers. The top thermometer shows the air temperature in the cooking chamber. Bottom - the temperature in the drawer.
